A variety of routine maintenance checks are made on a commercial airplanes prior to each takeoff. A particular mainteance check of an airplane's landing gear requires an average of 15 minutes of a maintenance engineer's time. In fact, the exact time required is normally distributed with a mean of 15 minutes and a standard deviation of 3 minutes. As part of a larger simulation model designed to determine total on-ground maintenance time for an airplane, we will need to simulate the actual time required to perform this maintenance check on the airplane's landing gear. Using random numbers of 0.1562, 0.9821, 0.3409, 0.5594, and 0.7758, compute the time required for each of five simulated maintenance checks of the airplaine's landing gear.
