We are facing a health pandemic!
You are assuming the role of one of the Directors of IRSC BAS, Inc.(Finance, HR, Operations, etc). Based on your department, think a plan that will ensure continued operations during the health pandemic. Consider products, tools, communication devices, people, intangible tasks, etc. Define a list of the daily/weekly tasks and determine how these will be completed while ensuring social distancing and maintaining proper pandemic health protocol. Consider the safety of the employees, the customers, and the stakeholders, while never forgetting the importance of making a profit, in an effort to continue business operations. Research your department on the web for guidance and consult with your team members, current boss, friends, etc, as needed.
In addition, make a list of the risks that exist, if a disaster was to occur. Do some brainstorming to ensure you have included all of the potential risks. Some are clearly apparent while other risks are less obvious, at first glance. Detail how you would mitigate each of the risks. Remember, this is a proposal to the CEO, so justification is of utmost importance in your proposal.
