What differences do being "family founded" and "family owned" make when it comes to establishing and maintaining an organizational culture?

I've searched through my text book of Behavioral Management; however, I don't find anything that deeply explains the differences of family founded and family owned. Whatever the book does touch on the top is very brief, and only explains on of the two. I have a brief understanding of what a family owned business is "committed to serve others and treat everyone as family" I would like more context to these difference please. I've also search the internet however, so far my answers have been vague also. I hope you will be able to assist me by providing the best possible explanation to this question.
