Question 

In 2015, a severe foodborne illness epidemic was traced back to Blue Bell Creameries, a prominent ice cream company. Three fatalities and several illnesses were caused by a listeria outbreak, which forced the company to recall all of its products. A number of sanitary problems were discovered at the company's operations during an examination by the United States Food and Drug Administration (FDA). Some of the problems that occurred were unclean equipment, inadequate storage and cleaning methods, and condensation falling into the ice cream and onto surfaces that came into touch with it. Additionally, as early as 2013, the corporation was shown to have disregarded testing that indicated the existence of listeria in its facilities.
