Question

Mr. Grassa maintained an unexpected calm demeanor and was pleasant. He took all his medication without any issues. However, he did not participate in group activities and declined to go outside for a fresh air break. Instead, he was observed pacing back and forth in the dining area. Fortunately, no other unsafe behaviors were noted. The nursing staff will continue to closely monitor him to ensure his safety and address any needs that may arise.
