Part A:
Lab Review Questions: Project Quality Planning
This is an individual work. You need to submit the following exercise solutions to your tutor electronically in the Moodle. The due date for this submission is by the end of your lab session this week.
1. What are the main processes included in project quality management?
2. How do functionality, system outputs, performance reliability and maintainability requirements affect quality planning?
3. Describe the process of achieving stakeholder satisfaction. Why is it important to consider stakeholder satisfaction?
4. What are three main reasons it is better to design quality into a process than to find problems upon inspection?
Part B: Budgeting Project
1. Lab Exercises: Closing the project
As your project is almost finished does not mean that your work is done. You still need to resolve any issue or detail you may have and obtain customer acceptance of final deliverables. Conduct a "lessons learned" session, recording information about areas for improvement and best practices. Make any final updates to the project plan. Finally, archive the project plan according to your organization's guidelines.
