The main pressures at a psychological level which are weighing on managers are to get the work done from the respective team at a deadline and need to submit the work on time, and same is from the above management as well, if the work is not completed then there might be a bounce backfire on the manager from the upper management or some flaws done from the team manager might also be updated from the upper management, hence thinking about it the other pressure to handle is to maintain the teamwork and get the work completed on time and make the team united to get the work completed, the pressure to make the team performance is also a big challenge for the manager, to get the output from the team as well.
