The restaurant you and your partners established has grown to the point that you want to franchise into the global market and take advantage of some of the opportunities such market provides entrepreneurs. The global marketplace will have some unique problems for you to overcome, especially in the areas of cultural and environmental diversity and how business is accomplished in the foreign location (ethical situations and issues will arise). In a paper, address the ethical and cultural diversity potential for issues as you respond to the following:

1. Describe the main forces in the global market environment that will affect your restaurant.
