Many of the assumptions on which Sun Hydraulics is built seem unusual and perhaps even a bit nutty. Further, as organizations grow and expand - perhaps even globalize - they often become more formal. So what is your reaction/analysis to the overall design, principles, practices, and structure at Sun Hydraulics? Will it be possible to sustain Sun without making fundamental changes in its design?
