Two identical wires are horizontal and run parallel to each other. They each carry the similar current, I. The top wire is held in place by supports but the bottom wire floats suspended by magnetic forces, 1.0 cm directly underneath the top wire. If the wires have a mass per unit length of 0.050 kg/m, find the magnitude and relative direction of the currents in the wires.
