M4W8 Diet Analysis: Putting the Steps Together

You have worked diligently to get to this point! Looking back on the information gathered in regard to your 3-day intake, answer the following questions in an analytical, yet thoughtful, manner.

Now that you have completed your nutrient analysis assignments, as your next step, develop a solid report and dietary plan for your own use and to demonstrate what you have learned.? This assignment should be a 1-2 p well developed analysis of what you have found.?
