Lululemon Group Project Global Marketing Plan
The purpose of this document is for your Group to make recommendations on the Marketing Strategy of Lululemon consistent with the Consumer Positioning for Lululemon, and the growth driving opportunities you also identified in the first part of the Group Assignment.
Marketing Objectives
Prepare three SMART- Specific Measurable Attainable Realistic Time-Bound Marketing Objectives for Lululemon Global Marketing- provide rationale as to why they are the most important and how you would measure performance
Examples:
1) Global Distribution Partnership to add new revenues of X , by adding 20 new countries by end of 2022
2) Increase Direct To Consumer Sales to x percentage from Social Media Selling with a y increase in Company/Brand Social Media Followers
Seven P's Strategy alignment to support objective achievement:
To enable the achievement of your three growth driving objectives describe at least one key marketing initiative in each of these seven areas
Product or Services- what product or service additions would support your objectives
Price- what strategy should Lululemon use in pricing in comparison to their main competitors you identified in the first Group Report- (where do they sit now? Same as Nike and Under Armour, even more?) What do you recommend for achievement of the objectives, Subscription opportunities?
