It is another season of Tim Horton's Roll Up The Rim... but things are a bit different with the launch of the 2020 loyalty campaign.  The following is a recent news article about the challenges and updates to the program.

  1. Are you suffering from "loyalty program fatigue?" Do you think other consumers might be?  Every business seems to have a loyalty program these days and our wallets are getting quite full with different loyalty cards.
  2. Review the news article, do a little secondary research, and see if loyalty programs really do provide benefits to both the consumer and sponsor/business.  What are the key elements that seem to make a loyalty program a success?  Also answer how you personally feel about loyalty programs and which ones you like the best (but not Tim Horton's Roll Up The Rim).
