Question 

The company has a based pay rate for every department and has very little overtime. Paying 47 employees $2,000 extra for a bonus adds up to $148,000 which is a good amount. A pay rate change may need to be made to see top performance and give credit to some people who have been with the company for longer. It would be beneficial to see what other incentives the company may offer other than the number of bonuses the employees each receive in a year. Another set of information would be what type of repercussions may be made based on low-performance scores. Why do employees with low performance make as much as those with top performance and the same bonus rate? Additional information needs to be included to explain this reasoning. It would be beneficial to hear from the employees about how they feel about the company and the pay rates and scales. Management should talk with a couple of members from each department (if not every employee) to gain their opinion about how pay works. If they are only asking a couple of people from each department, they need to ask people who have a higher or lower performance.
