Home, sweet home. According to the 2000 Census, 66% of U.S. households own the home they live in. A mayoral candidate conducts a survey of 820 randomly selected homes in your city and finds only 523 owned by the current residents. The candidate then attacks the incumbent mayor, saying that there is an unusually low level of homeownership in the city. Do you agree? Explain.
