In addition, Lenore Skenazyv dives in deeper on the fact of why many new Yorkers who may have witness the fact of the little girl being stabbed and didn't not intervene in anyway. for example, like getting contact with the cops right away, or stopping the stabbing from happening. However, some of the public believe they didn't have obligation to help anyone in danger. It they did have the obligation to call the cops the cops anytime it noticed people who might or could be in danger especially the kids. After the tragedy, the word became clearer. To the public that people should start reporting any signs of endangerment to prevent anyone, especially kids from getting hurt. For example, after someone reported to the police that a minor was walking unsupervised in the street and the police came right away, and arrested the mother for being unsupervised, or a mother arrested for making her 10year old child walk unsupervised to school after being suspended, and she was also charged with a fine.
