Scenario

Paul is 43 years old. He has mild breathing difficulties due to a long-term respiratory problem. Paul appreciates personal contact and likes to shake hands with you and chat about your day. He also likes you to sit with him while he drinks his morning cup of tea. You notice that Paul is in the common area and has flu like symptoms: runny nose, coarse voice, warm to the touch and is coughing (he is covering his cough with his hands). You ask how he is, and he explains that he feels like he is coming down with a cold.
