Two HIV/AIDS infected patients are brought to the hospital requiring a blood transfusion. Patient A was infected with the HIV/AIDS virus due to a previous blood transfusion and Patient B was infected with the HIV/AIDS virus due to a long-term history of illegal drug use. Unfortunately, there is not enough blood to be distributed to both patients.
