When looking to locate a new facility location, eventually you will need to hire people to work within that facility.

Let's use a real-world example. I manage a supplier that recently located to a remote town in Florida, surrounded by cow pastures. The company is a technology company, dependent on obtaining top talent to create new technologies to stay in business.
