Customer experience is the heart of marketing for every industry.

The above is the attachment for the assignment, which says you need to have current customer experience article from 5 different journals which is also attached and from two different marketing text books. The references should be only from those journals which is there in the attachment and also two references from the two different marketing text books. The assignment is very well described in the above attachment
