Complete Chapter 2 Hands-On Project 1 (textbook, p. 81), and present your results as follows:
• List your active listening traits (as you perceive them).
• Briefly summarize each of the three responses from friends or family members. Describe their perception of you as a listener.
• List the specific actions you could take to become a more active listener.

Complete Chapter 3 Hands-On Project 8(textbook, p. 127), and present your results in a Word document.

Assignment 1.4: Write a Service Desk Procedure
Complete Chapter 4 Hands-On Project 5 (textbook, p. 184).
To complete the section suggesting that you pair up with a classmate to test each other's written procedure, post your procedure to the discussion forum provided for this exercise (see the course home page). Choose one of the procedures posted by a fellow student and test the procedure. Then write a brief feedback post that outlines your results in following the procedure and include your suggestions for improving the procedure. Post your feedback as a response to the posted procedure in the forum.
If you are unable to get peer feedback on your procedure, ask a friend or family member to test the procedure and offer feedback and suggestions for improvement.
Your submitted file for this activity should include
