You are the manager at the GREAT NORTHEAST FARMER'S MARKET.
You have three people working for you in the tomato section where you sell ten different types of tomatoes. It is the workers' job to make sure that the tomatoes are unpacked from the crates that they come in and put neatly onto the table where they are displayed, that no rotten tomatoes are put in the display, and that the display is maintained in a neat, clean and orderly fashion.
Two of the workers, Legume and Soupe grew up speaking French and when they are not interacting with customers, they speak French to each other.
All three of the workers get along generally and are doing a good job. You get a lot of feedback from customers that the tomato section is the best maintained section in the Farmer's Market.
One day, the third worker, Pomme, comes to you and asks to speak with you privately. Pomme tells you that Legume and Soupe are constantly speaking French to each other while at work even when Pomme is around. Pomme does not speak French and feels both left out and that Legume and Soupe are talking about Pomme behind Pomme's back.
