Provide an explanation and example of how each influence might impact your work with clients. Discuss what you learned about implicit bias and your experience with taking an implicit bias test. Dushaw-Hockett wrote that we currently treat bias as an emergency room approach: we wait for something to go wrong and then treat it, rather than working preventatively.
