So, a deer is an organism, and a herd of deer in Audubon Park is a population of deer. Natural selection acts on the organism level, and evolution acts on the population level.

To the best of your knowledge, explain how natural selection works on the individual deer, and evolution works on the population of deer in Audubon park.
