2) Team Learning: Briefly describe the biggest challenge(s) you faced in your team assignments. How can the challenge(s) result in your learning, personal growth or leadership development? (I felt like my team members did not value what I had to say at the beginning however after a while they opened up to me because I did most of the work on the team assignment)

3) Critical Thinking: Critical thinking allows us to apply reason and improve our understanding and assessment of situations. It's a self-imposed quality standard we use to dig deeper and push away our biases. What course assignments and activities provided you the most use of critical thinking skills? How can you use critical thinking skills more effectively going forward? (the attached document shows an assignment that I did for class where I had to be "creative")
