The presentation is more of a case study on the posting that you chose, and the Ethical Issues in Nursing Practice paper is more general but with focus and related to an ethical dilemma that affects nursing/healthcare rather than a singular case.

This week complete the outline (in narrative format) with applicable in-text citations and the references for what you placed in the outline as part of your assignment. You will address the following items in the outline after you choose an ethical dilemma for your paper. There are a total of 9 points allocated for this assignment as indicated here.

1. Discuss the topic as you see it as an ethical dilemma that affects nursing/healthcare (in the paper you will actually locate scholarly literature that validates that a dilemma exists along with potential reasons that the dilemma exists).

2. List the 2 sides of the dilemma; list side 1 and side 2 of the ethical dilemma (action and reason that the action makes it an uncomfortable choice per each side) in this format: Side 1 is... (include the choice and the reason that the choice is uncomfortable for both sides) Side 2 is....

3. List the ethical principles/tenets that apply to each side of the dilemma and the rationale for how each principle/tenet applies. Make sure that you are clear as to which side each principle/tenet applies.

5. List one ANA Code of Ethics Provision (in complete wording and the ANA Provision number) for each side (be clear as to the side the Provision applies) of the ethical dilemma along with the rationale.
