The boxplot shows the rate of persons per 100,000 who are not covered by health insurance in different countries of the Middle East.

The persons are categorized as Married (M), Widowed (W), Divorced (D), Separated (S), and Never Married (NM). (Source: 2015 World Almanac and Book of Facts)

a. List the approximate uninsured rate per 100,000 people for all the categories; for example, the median for M is about 15,000.

b. List the categories from the lowest to highest interquartile range.

c. Why is the interquartile range a better measure of the variability for these data than the range is?
