5. As the manager, explain in detail your response to this interpersonal conflict in your workplace. Communication had broken down between two employees that you manage. Both are extremely hard workers and valuable employees but they are not cooperating well. The two employees are required to perform some of their tasks interdependently. There is a danger of losing one or both if the situation persisted. As their manager, how do you approach and work through this situation?
