The analysis-design-develop-implement-evaluate (ADDIE) training process model has been used by training experts for many years. Most training efforts aim to improve current performance specifically of those organization members whose performance is deficient.

You are required to do a performance analysis of Program Coordinators working in the Student Affairs department of IUGC. Please remember that our Coordinators interact with students. Their job descriptions are quite different from those of coordinators working for business, professional, or charitable organizations. For the sake of this exercise, assume that their performance deficiencies are being caused by a can't- do problem and can only be remedied through training.
