Scenario
You are applying for the position of customer service coordinator in an electrical retail business
They are looking for someone with good customer service, communication skills, who is capable of learning about the range of electrical products, who is very dependable and gets along with others.
This person will be dealing directly with customers at the sales counter in the shop and answering any questions and will also need to greet customers when they walk into the store, so it is very important that the customer service coordinator makes a good first impression.
Please prepare and submit the following:
1. Pre-interview checklist
2. List of what the prospective employer will need to know about you
3. List of questions might be asked by the employer during the interview
4. List of questions you may ask the employer during the interview
You will be asked to attend this mock interview during the week 3 of term 6 at Wentworth Institute, please bring along the above 4 lists and submit them to your educator for marking and assessment
