Subacromial impingement syndrome
The patient presents with a three-month history of worsening shoulder pain with no specific injury. The patient cannot reach behind the back due to pain.
-Shoulder abduction and flexion 80 degrees with shoulder "hiking."
-PROM WNL except for internal rotation. Mild slouched posture.
