Assignemnt: Asset tracking

Background. You are part of a team that will be implementing an asset tracking and management software application. Choose an organization with which you are familiar for this assignment.

Create a 750 to 1000-word proposal of at least two development methods the firm might consider for completing the asset tracking and management software application. Include the following in the proposal:

Format: Copy and paste each below bolded item into your paper in the start of your response for that item. Bold each item in your paper to clearly define your responses.

1. Methods. Select 2 development methodologies and discuss advantages and disadvantages for each relative to this project. List a minimum of 3 advantages and 3 disadvantages for each development methodology.

2. Requirements. List at least 5 Functional and 5 non-functional requirements. Requirements discuss about WHAT is needed and not HOW they are implemented.

3. Project Plan. Define Sprint project plan to manage the completion of this work. Create the sprint project plan using Microsoft Excel or Microsoft Project (must submit it in PDF format). Be sure to include the following column headings: Task ID, Task Description, Start Date, End Date, Owner/Resources and Gant chart.
