1.Problem: The student will analyze the Case the Strategic Marketing
The student must use the case outline described in this course for the purpose of this analysis as follows:
A .Summary of the Decision Situation
B.List and explain all reasonable alternatives
C.List and explain the decision criteria to be used in evaluating the alternatives listed in (b). You must explain why you believe certain decision criteria are valid for this case situation.
D.Analyze each alternative providing the pros and cons of the alternative using the models described in the text or my lectures. You must include your decision criteria as a part of your rationale.
E.Recommendations and Implementation Guidelines describes the alternative you have chosen, complete rationale for your choice using specific marketing models, and a detailed discussion of the priority for implementation. Make sure you discuss the implications raised by the "Strategy Map".
2.Answers must be in sentence format with no spelling errors. (Use the spell check feature of your software). Note bullet point formats are unacceptable. Spelling and grammatical errors will be deducted from the grade. International students are permitted to use the writing lab resources available to them for format and grammar assistance only.
3.Use of the Textbook and Lecture notes is permitted.
4.The student is not allowed to reference material from the Internet.
