Question: List and describe three potential areas, functions or modules that an HRIS could automate within an organization.

Next, select one area for automation you would recommend as having the most benefit to your organization (or one that you have worked for in the past). Be sure to fully explain the rationale for your choice and provide support material where applicable. For the area of automation you selected, create an implementation plan for this project. This should include: a) one of the project management models identified in "SHRM's HR Data Management" presentation (including a timeline), b) a list of critical risks and contingencies for the implementation, c) describe how each of phase of project management is affected by the contingencies you identified.
