My transport system

Using the public transport system in your city as an example, list all the stakeholders who are part of that system.

Brainstorm three requirements for each stakeholder. Do they want the buses/trains/trams easy to operate? Or they should have enough seats? Or they should run fast and frequently.

For each requirement, make sure you also indicate what kind of requirement is this? Is it a business, functional requirement or non-functional requirement? When you state the requirements, please make sure the requirements meet all the characteristics of a good requirement you studied in Module 2.1.
