For example, to implement a new policy with specific end behavior- how will you get the staff to participate voluntarily or teamwork with each other with the project? Team dynamics Slide 10- Communication Strategies- how will you communicate to everyone during the roll out plan? Who needs to know, what do they need to know, how soon do they need to know? And how will that communication happen? Zoom, email, meetings, etc. Slide 11- Process Changes- what process changes need to be changed to implement the intervention? For linen management, what old policy would need to be updated. Then how will the staff transport linen to the units? How will bedside staff utilize the linen?
