Mako has plans to open a sushi restaurant on Main Street. Mako hires Koji to handle various business matters for the restaurant, including finalizing the lease for the restaurant and arranging financing with local financial institutions. Koji signs a 5 year lease with Lindenwood Realty for a prime restaurant location on Main Street. Koji signed the lease on behalf of "Main Street Sushi, Inc.", the name of Mako's company.   Main Street Sushi was not incorporated until 6 days after Koji signed the lease with Lindenwood Realty. Did Main Street Sushi automatically become liable on the lease Koji signed with Lindenwood Realty once it was incorporated? Explain your answer.
