1. Received a loan on January 2 from the county in the amount of $6,000, to be repaid in fourequal annual installments of $1,500, starting December 31, 2013, with interest at the rate of 1percent per annum on the outstanding balance. the specified purpose of the loan was to pur-
chase equipment for $4,800 and to use the balance of $1,200 to meet working capital needs.
