Question: Bobby. Wags. and Wendy were partners in a general partnership that operated an axe throwing venue known as Axe Caps. On September 1, 2018, Wendy withdrew as partner under the terms of the Partnership Agreement and left the partnershid to pursue a career in corporate counseling. Bobby and Wags continued to operate Axe Caps after Wendy left, but closed the business and dissolved the partnership in August 2020.
