A lessee was not able to pay the stipulated rentals; so, the lessor filed a collection case against him. After getting a favorable judgment, the lessor tried to enforce the order to pay not only against the lessee, but also against his househelp and the stay-in driver. The househelp and the driver protested, claiming that the judgment could not be enforced against them for they were not named as party defendants. May said judgment be enforced against them?
