Lessons Learnt: We have learned so many good things. It is all about managing the projects, how to move and work to achieve it well. By setting a plan, include a table to divide the time where there is a date for the beginning and end of each step. Moreover, on the financial side, there are plans have to set up before begin any project which it will contain dividing money and the total budget must not be more than required. In addition, we have to set with the team members, and discuss issues and problems that may face during the project. So this discussion session help the owners or the team of the project to being ready for facing any problem and resolve in a short time.
