The Reflection Paper will be a comparison and contrast paper comparing Ethical Practices versus Unethical Practices within TWO Fashion Industry Companies.

What to Do in Your Reflection Paper 
1. Select 2 companies within the Fashion Industry that you wish to Compare and Contrast. Give a thorough summary of the products/services of both companies. NOTE: The Reaction Paper must be current and at least one of the companies identified must have had ethical issues within the 12 months.

2. Think about 2-3 major ethical points AND 2-3 major unethical points you want to articulate in your reaction paper

3. Conduct your research very carefully: Web site; current event news story. You must have at least 7 research sources that you reference in your Reflection Paper and cite to.

4. Describe the ethical points first ("Positive/Ethical Work Practices," "Lessons Learned and Ethical Changes Made," "What you agreed on...") and then, describe the unethical points ("Negative/Unethical Work Practices," "What you disagreed on," "Detrimental Effects...").

5. Incorporate terminology and items studied in the Jennings Textbook into the Reaction Paper.

6. Justify why you think that way.

7. Provide how your point relates to both Ethical Practices and Unethical Practices within 2 specific companies in the Fashion Industry.

8. Have a conclusive statement at the end on your findings in comparing and contrasting the 2 Companies.

9. Organize your Paper. Use Headers for each section so reader can easily see what topic you are covering in such section.
