9. Describe the main goals of the anti federalists and the federalists. Then tell me whether or not you agree more with the federalists or the anti federalists and explain why. If you agree with some of the goals of the anti federalists while also agree with some of the goals of the federalists. This is also acceptable, so long as you explain which ones you agree and why. At least write 4 sentences.
