Question

The legislative branch will determine the need for this cap or any of the changes needed within this legislation for the cap of photocopying costs. The executive branch will enforce and administer the law, and then have the governor sign off on the bill. The judicial branch will come into play making sure both parties agree on the bill and if they do not it will be presented to the courts in a lawsuit where the courts will resolve it. As the compliance manager I will do my own research to determine how this bill will effect our facility. I will then show my support or regret for this bill to our organization for this legislation. Within the organization they can then state our opinions about the cap and maybe suggest a more appropriate charge for the cap of photocopying costs. Then they will determine if it will become a lawsuit due to not agreeing on costs or if all organizations want to agree on the costs without a court being present.
