• The topic is the legalization of marijuana (our whole course is devoted to exploring this issue)
• It does not have to be an argument. The point is that you can use any source material you've read while conducting your research, whether you end up using it in your Research Paper or not. This means your research, even if it didn't lead to something you could use in your final argument, hasn't gone to waste. You can use it in the A.B.
• You can use any variety of sources: print, electronic, blog, TV, video etc.
• You should use no more than three sources that were included in the weekly Discussions. The rest should come from your own independent research.
• Remember, in addition to the quality of your summaries, correct MLA formatting is a substantial part of the grade for this assignment. Make sure to follow the MLA formatting guidelines on the Purdue Owl.
