Legal Research and Writing "Memorandum Law"

Mrs. Smart has contacted our offices concerning an injury sustained by her 9 year old daughter, Stephanie, 2 weeks ago. Stephanie was at a friend's house and the kids were swimming in the backyard pool. Stephanie cut her foot on a drain cover which was not lying flush with the pool bottom and she was taken to the hospital where she received treatment, including 12 stitches to close the wound. She has been told it will leave a scar.

Stephanie is currently working part-time as a model and Mrs. Smart believes that the scar will have an impact on Stephanie's career and so wants to sue the owners, Jack Black and Laura White.

I require a Memorandum of Law so that I might explain Mrs. Smart's position and options available to her. In order to do so, I require the following
