Provide an example of IRAC for a case of your choice. You can use any case from www.findlaw.com.  Explain what IRAC is and how it would apply with your selection (Case).

and Christy H. DeSanctis - *If it is at all possible this book could be referenced in citation that would be excellent, if not please 
use websites for reference (because I cannot use other books unless I actually have them, unless they are available to 
view completely online)
