Left sided upper chest wall pain and tightness associated

Case

27 y/o female presented to Urgent care in Jan 2024 with no PMH with left sided upper chest wall pain and tightness associated with dyspnea for 3 days. Pt reports that the pain is currently 4/10 and worse with moving forward. Pain is 6/10 with deep breathing. Pt does not recall any obvious chest trauma but did work out at the gym a few days prior to onset. Pt denies cough, congestion, wheezing, palpitations, fever, chills, or sick contacts. Pt denies travel.
