Scenario
The employee supervisor took two days of vacation, knowing he was leaving the building without proper supervision and direction for his administration and would be off . At first, when he was off in the building, the tested super meeting, they complained that was no soap filled in the bathroom and other concerns. On the second day, they had some false alarms in lockdown in the building and issues with doors. On Friday, before his two days, the employee was asked by his supervisor Aneta to consider coming to work Monday to ensure everything is ready and set up for the superintendent. He disagreed with this suggestion and took both days off. This can not happen again. Please provide the note for the employee in writing to follow up on this issue.
