1. The employment interview is often the least valid predictor of future performance success. Yet, most hiring managers tend to place more emphasis on the candidate interview for making employment decisions than any other selection tool. In your own words, what steps should be take to improve the results of the employment interview. As an HR professional, how would you ensure that managers adopt an interview strategy that more accurately results in the selection of employees likely to be successful in their organizational roles.
